Welcome to Saltwood Nursery.

Saltwood Nursery is a child-centred nursery; placing high priorities on play and purposeful adult-led activities to further children’s development and understanding of the world around them. 

We provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment in which all children are given the opportunity to have fun and develop to their full potential, with the encouragement from enthusiastic and knowledgeable early years educators. 

We work in partnership with parents and the community to provide valuable experiences and opportunities which enable children to grow into independent, healthy, confident, happy, sociable and motivated. 

Each child is unique and we build on what the child knows and can do, to forward his/her learning and development.  

We welcome parents who wish to come and see how we operate on a daily basis.

All of our educators are highly qualified and dedicated to the care and education of children. All staff hold paediatric first aid certificates.  We have educators qualified from Level 3 in Early Years to Degree level and EYPS.
